Abstract: Organizational performance is based above all on optimal Human Resources management. But the cultural
diversity of employees remains a delicate subject in human resources management. The alternative for every
manager is therefore to know how to handle these resources, and to apply the aspects that allow them to be
accomplished by setting up an intercultural management system. This raises the question of how intercultural
management impacts organizational performance.
Based on the hypothesis that intercultural management contributes to the professional fulfillment of
employees, this study aims to identify the variables of fulfillment that are impacted by intercultural
management, using an opinion survey of 100 employees. |
