Abstract:
New managerial practices are increasingly concerned with working conditions and reconciling employee well-being and company performance is becoming a strategic issue for companies. All material and human elements are likely to influence the performance of workers. Thus, the question arises as to what extent the perception of the work environment can have an impact on the performance of employees? Based on the hypothesis that the social and physical work environment has a significant impact on the individual performance of employees, this study aims to identify the factors that influence the performance of employees. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the work environment and individual performance by means of an opinion survey of 250 employees.
