Abstract: Financial forest resources consist are composed of the financial benefits coming from its exploitation, the
credits made available used by the Forestry Administration, and funds offered by Technical and Financial
Partners of the State. The determination, allocation, and use of these financial resources follow a different
procedure within the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development (including the Forestry
Administration) and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The objective of this study is therefore to analyze
the procedures of the management of these financial resources in order to know how they contribute to the
sustainability of this sector. From this point of view, the SWOT method will allow us to analyze the concerned
procedure and to determine its contribution to the sustainable management of the forest. |
